The building will become an L-shaped block of housing on the first to the seventh floors and on the penthouse floor, with commercial premises and entrances on the ground floor, as well as the common areas and the swimming pool, and parking and storage rooms on two basement plants. The houses are organized around 3 vertical communications cores that run the entire height of the building.
