The Project defines a building around a central axis with common spaces, to which seven wings are attached to both sides, six of which house educational uses (classrooms and workshops), while the administrative area is located in the seventh, integrating the facade of the Sabas Factory and following the alignment of Chavarría street.
Formally, the CIPFP is defined as a set of concrete volumes, with different colors and textures. The roofs of the teaching volumes are open to the public, with a view to their use as a space for relationships, exhibitions and more activities.
