Health Center Jesus Neigbourhood. Zaragoza

The new building is projected with an U-plan, as a volume made up of two parallel main bodies, configured from the organization of the care modules, one of them larger, supported on the line to the street Marqués de la Cadena , and the other inside the plot. These two main bodies are joined by a third intermediate body in which the main pedestrian access to the building and the circulation and service cores are located. This provision allows this band to act as a privacy filter with respect to the close residential buildings.

The new Health Center is projected as a flexible structure, based on a modular scheme, defined in the circulation of areas and coordinated in the sequence of spaces. The design focuses on the comfort of users and professionals, also present in the clarity of sanitary and people circulations.
