<\/a><\/p>\nLa Sede Comarcal y Centro para el Desarrollo del Alabastro del Bajo Mart\u00edn en H\u00edjar (Teruel) ha sido uno de los Proyectos Seleccionados en la XII Bienal Espa\u00f1ola de Arquitectura y Urbanismo (XII BEAU).<\/p>\n
En esta edici\u00f3n se\u00a0presentaron 583 obras de arquitectura realizadas en el bienio 2011-2012.<\/p>\n
El Jurado estuvo compuesto por Javier Mart\u00edn, Subdirector General de Arquitectura del Ministerio de Fomento, Alfonso Toribio, Decano del COA de Asturias en representaci\u00f3n del CSCAE, Carlos G\u00f3mez Agust\u00ed, en representaci\u00f3n del Presidente de la Fundaci\u00f3n Caja de Arquitectos Fuensanta Nieto y Enrique Sobejano, Directores de la XII BIENAL ESPA\u00d1OLA, Andr\u00e9s Jaque, Arquitecto, fundador de la Oficina de Innovaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, Sebasti\u00e0 Jornet, Arquitecto, ganador del Premio de Urbanismo de la XI Bienal, Sol Madridejos, Arquitecta, socia fundadora de Sancho-Madridejos Architecture Office (S-MAO), Rafael Aranda, Arquitecto, socio fundador de RCR Arquitectes, Olot, Matthias Sauerbruch, Arquitecto, socio fundador del estudio Sauerbruch Hutton, y Wilfried Wang, Arquitecto y Critico de Arquitectura, Profesor de la University of Texas at Austin (USA),<\/p>\n
El lema de la XII BEAU, INFLEXI\u00d3N\/TURNING POINT, alude al proceso de transformaci\u00f3n en que se encuentra inmersa la arquitectura espa\u00f1ola en el momento actual. Ante esta realidad, la XII BEAU propone una reflexi\u00f3n en torno a aquellos temas de debate que representan este punto de inflexi\u00f3n: la necesidad de afrontar construcciones sostenibles, la protecci\u00f3n del territorio y el paisaje, la revitalizaci\u00f3n de centros urbanos, as\u00ed como el tr\u00e1nsito de una pol\u00edtica basada en la construcci\u00f3n de obra nueva hacia la reconversi\u00f3n y reutilizaci\u00f3n de estructuras y recursos existentes.<\/p>\n
En la edici\u00f3n anterior de la Bienal Espa\u00f1ola de Arquitectura y Urbanismo\u00a0(XI BEAU)\u00a0tambi\u00e9n result\u00f3 Seleccionado el Edificio de 44 Viviendas Sociales en Tauste, y Finalista con Menci\u00f3n el Centro Ambiental del Ebro.<\/p>\n
