En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la compa\u00f1\u00eda Pirelli ha aprovechado la presentaci\u00f3n de su informe\u00a0anual como plataforma de expresi\u00f3n art\u00edstica y muestra de su compromiso social, por medio de colaboraciones con intelectuales y artistas de reconocido prestigio, como el fil\u00f3sofo Hans Magnus Enzensberger, el director de cine Giuseppe Tornatore, el fot\u00f3grafo Steve McCurry o la dibujante Lisa Donnelly (New Yorker).<\/p>\n

Este a\u00f1o, Pirelli organiza el Encuentro \u201cTalent at work\u201d, con la participaci\u00f3n de nueve j\u00f3venes dise\u00f1adores y artistas reconocidos internacionalmente, procedentes de Brasil, Italia, Dinamarca, China, Irlanda, Bosnia y Espa\u00f1a, dedicados a la arquitectura, dise\u00f1o de mobiliario, moda, cine, gastronom\u00eda y m\u00fasica, entre los que ha sido incluido Jaime Mag\u00e9n, como\u00a0ponente en el campo de la arquitectura.<\/p>\n

El Encuentro, que tendr\u00e1 lugar en Mil\u00e1n los d\u00edas 30 y 31 de Enero, pretende combinar los aspectos te\u00f3ricos y pr\u00e1cticos sobre el desarrollo del Talento, a trav\u00e9s de las intervenciones y el an\u00e1lisis de las obras de los participantes.<\/p>\n

El Encuentro se iniciar\u00e1 con una Mesa Redonda, presentada por el escritor y dramaturgo Hanif Kureishi, guionista de pel\u00edculas como \u201cMi hermosa lavander\u00eda\u201d (Stephen Frears) o Intimidad (Patrice Ch\u00e9reau). Despu\u00e9s de la misma, los participantes comentar\u00e1n su obra y desarrollar\u00e1n un peque\u00f1o proyecto en un Workshop, bajo el lema \u201cInvent the wheel\u201d, para concluir con una exposici\u00f3n en la galer\u00eda Hangar Biccoca de Mil\u00e1n, una antigua f\u00e1brica rehabilitada como Espacio de Arte Contempor\u00e1neo.<\/p>\n

Los proyectos realizados pasar\u00e1n a formar parte de los fondos de la Fundaci\u00f3n Pirelli y se publicar\u00e1n en su Annual Report.<\/p>\n

In recent years, Pirelli has used its annual report as a platform for artistic expression and engagement with the wider world. Past collaborators include the philosopher Hans Magnus Enzensberger, film director Giuseppe Tornatore, photographer Steve McCurry and New Yorker cartoonist Lisa Donnelly.<\/p>\n

This year, Pirelli organizes the Meeting “Talent at Work”, with nine internationally recognized emerging artists and designers, from Brazil, Italy, Denmark, China, Ireland, Bosnia and Spain, from the fields of Architecture, furniture design, fashion, cinema, gastronomy and music. Among the, Jaime Magen is the only selected architect.<\/p>\n

We at Pirelli would like to thank you for agreeing to participate in this year\u2019s project \u201cTalent at Work\u201d, organized to coincide with the release of our Annual Report. As you may know, Pirelli has always been interested in promoting culture, talent and innovation. In our event this year, we would like to combine by having both a discussion and a workshop.<\/p>\n

The Meeting will take place in Milano, 30th and 31st October, and combine\u00a0 the theoretical and practical aspects of talent, through the interventions and the analysis of the works made by the participants.<\/p>\n

Meeting will start with a round-table discussion, which will be led by prize-winning author and screenwriter Hanif Kureishi. After that, designers will present their work and develop a small project in a Workshop, “Invent the wheel”, to conclude with an exhibition in Hangar Biccoca gallery in Milan, a former factory refurbished as Contemporary Art Museum.<\/p>\n

All works produced in the workshop will be placed in the Pirelli Foundation gallery and they will be printed in our Annual Report.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
